These saplings have the potential to alter our future for the better by tackling climate change through lowering CO2 emissions, proving shade, and creating thriving new ecosystems for plants, animals, insects and fungi collectively, whilst simultaneously acting as a visual reminder of our human responsibility to take care of our world. It is an ode to science, invention and an exploration of the relationship between landscapes and the people that live in them.
