Painter and climber, creating works through extended time spent in the field. Initially working in sustainable tropical agriculture, I started integrating painting into fieldwork, producing works to complement the research and root the reader in the landscape. I can now generally be found either up a Munro or in the studio in Edinburgh and am currently working towards a year-long project rooted in Scotland’s high landscapes.
