Lynne Hocking won the Richard Coley Award for her 2022 sculpture ‘Roof Over Our Heads’.

“Part of my Ancestral Interconnections collection that explores multigenerational matrilineal inheritance and legacy through weaving, weavers cottage and loom. The handwoven fabric carries the mitochondrial genome passed down to me over 50 millennia of foremothers.” @lynnesloom
