Jade Stout is an award-winning painter whose practice is rooted in observation of coastal environments, particularly those shaped by Orkney. Her work considers interruption, rhythm and pause within landscape, using horizon lines as both structure and metaphor. She was educated at Edinburgh College of Art, completing both undergraduate and postgraduate study in Drawing & Painting.
