I’m an artist working across painting, installation, and spatial storytelling. My background in communication and spatial design has shaped a practice that is about creating experiences, whether that means a large-scale abstract painting, an immersive environment, or a narrative framework of any form for others to step into. I document my everyday surroundings and use those images as inspiration or ‘starting points’ of my artworks, I build them like tangible streams of consciousness. I use tactile materials like acrylic paints, wood stains, ink on canvas or cloth to create my paintings. At the core of my work is a simple drive: to download complex feelings and ideas on to a surface, to build spaces where people can see parts of their own story reflected, and to use creativity as a bridge between the personal and the shared.
