Natalia Babych is a ceramic artist working with porcelain. Originally from Ukraine, she relocated to Edinburgh in 2022 and is now rebuilding her creative practice, creating both functional and artistic pieces inspired by nature and the delicacy of the material. In January 2025 she joined Leith Makers, an inspiring artistic community in Edinburgh, where she participated in the Leith Connections exhibition (6 Aug – 7 Sept 2025). She is also an alumna of the Abandoned Artists community and exhibited in their first cohort show A Match Is a Silence but It Speaks at Custom House, Edinburgh (3–7 Sept 2025). Natalia also hosts porcelain masterclasses in her Leith studio for both Ukrainian and local communities.
