I’m a printmaker specialising in monochrome aquatint etching. Using traditional techniques, I hand-make etched brass and copper plates and use these to print onto paper. I’m drawn to moody, atmospheric landscapes and try to capture something of these through the soft, painterly tones of aquatint. Originally from the North East of England, my work now focuses on the dramatic landscapes of Scotland.
