I am an abstract artist living and working in Edinburgh. My practice is rooted in my own experience of living with mental health issues and I use my practice as a way of working through my thoughts. Through my work I investigate expression through colour and movement. I work primarily in acrylics, painting intuitively and allowing my emotion to dictate the work, Elements include written word, expressive brush strokes and use of colour adding and subtracting elements as I go.
