Raymond

Darlington Tochukwu Raymond (b. 1996) is a Nigerian contemporary artist and animator based in Lagos. With a Master’s in Project Management (2025) and a B.Tech in Estate Management, his practice sits at a unique intersection of technical precision and soulful Afro-Realism. A featured artist on Channels TV in 2018, Raymond’s work has been exhibited internationally, including with the Life in My City Art Festival (2018, 2023) at Thought Pyramid Art Gallery, and at Espacio Gallery, London (2026). His practice explores contemporary African identity, emotion, and storytelling through a distinctive visual language that merges structured composition with expressive depth.
