My practice deals with the intersection of heritage and conservation. I spent a decade working in the heritage field, specifically Archaeology, and I draw on the knowledge I gained to provide inspiration on sites to visit, as well as drawing on my skills of research to provide some context to my work. I am primarily a lens based artist, and I have shot primarily on analogue film, as I feel that this best represents the temporality of the subjects I photograph, as well as my own personal views on the current state of conservation; we only have one chance. Currently a MA student at Kingston University, graduating this year.
