  • Biography
I am a contemporary artist from Stenhousemuir. Papier mache, collage, pastels and acrylics are the media I like to work with.
I do not try to create accurate depictions of reality, I like to wander into the abstract, into the slightly unreal interpretations I create.
My paintings are the most effective way as an artist to communicate my ideas, internal visions and my interpretation of life. This collection of work provides a glimpse inside the world as I view it in all its colours and shapes, my colourful transposition of reality into realms of shapes, colour and form. I try to interpret life in all its vivacity and this often includes distortion along with creativity and imagination.
