I’m a multidisciplinary, visual artist, producing work for exhibitions, undertaking community projects, and more recently public artworks.
I predominantly use photography and printmaking In my practice but more recently, I have been experimenting with glass, recycled metal, and found objects.
I explore issues of mental health and address issues of isolation, obsessions, and compulsions within my work.
I am also interested in sustainability and conservation in the built and natural environment.
I am an advocate for positive mental health and wellbeing through the process of art-making.
I am interested in engaging the public in art outside of the gallery environment and making art more emotionally and physically accessible for all. I feel this is especially important in the current climate.
My idea and concept are often the most important part of my work and feel the process of art-making is as important as the outcome. I will work with whatever medium I feel appropriate to explore an idea at a given time.
