  • Biography
My artistic process involves finding a balance between the conceptual idea and the physical form; focusing more on shape, layered surface, and manipulated perspective. By treating each finished piece as a blueprint for the next, my work is a continual progression and intuitive exploration of itself. My inspiration source is vast and ever changing, especially during the pandemic - ranging from my daily rituals, the media I consume, or simply my memory of a space. Often the finished piece is unrecognisable to what inspired it. Presenting the viewer with the freedom to observe my work and have their own interpretation is important to me - they are an escape, a look into another space.
