Avril Scott

I am a mixed media artist working mainly with acrylic inks, paints and plaster.
I work from my she-shed in the garden and am inspired by the seascapes around my home near Portobello and my many trips to East Lothian and the Highlands and islands of Scotland.
I enjoy creating stylised landscapes and seascapes and am strongly influenced by the textures of the land and shoreline with the focus being on my perception of the colours within my surroundings.
