Cooper

With an interest in the Gaelic language and culture, subtleties of the natural environment and signs of a past and lost life, I work with found objects and materials to make work that explores and experiments with ideas of survival, history, awareness, memory etc. Most of my artwork is highly influenced by the land and elements of life in the northwest highlands, often involving nature and environmental themes.

Disciplines: Drawing

Materials: Assemblage, Found, Objects, Paper Cutting, Pen & Ink, Screenprinting
