  • Biography
I find I collect images and keepsakes that appeal, which then builds up a collection of tangible sources that I draw from, literally and metaphorically. Visual joy in nature, and the intangible has an influence - whether that's an idea, feeling, or something evoked. I often work with a collage of images, and words can be important in some way.
I am aware of being drawn to familiar motifs, but there is a feeling of change. Symbolism and ideas of transformation, the sense of an inner strength within the fragile seems to be important.
