Miya Hayes creates jewellery which is organic and evocative. Her collection takes inspiration from the complexity and structure of seed pods. She is influenced by Ernst Haeckel's mircosopic images of plants, seeds and creatures from the sea, Miya abstracts these images and creates intricate three dimensional pieces out of silver. The combination of sterling silver and red acrylic makes her jewellery very striking.
Miya Hayes Jewellery was featured in Vogue April 2013
